Download PDFThe Transition Town movement is a fast growing impulse, collaborating locally to plan for and deliver a way of life that meets the twin challenges of peak oil and climate change.

This week-long training programme is designed to develop the leadership and resilience required to help galvanise your local community into achieving its goals, and will include:

• Leadership development through the experiential medium of mythodrama – 2 days based around our programme Four Faces of Leadership - Expanding Your Repertoire to help you mobilise a wider variety of stakeholders

• 3 days focused on a process oriented approach to developing, through group and conflict facilitation skills, the resilience and awarenesses needed in these challenging times

• 2 days meeting and sharing ideas with the key individuals in the Findhorn ecovillage (organic farm, wind farm, solar panel producers and more)

The training is endorsed by Transition Scotland and can also be delivered, on request, in your Transition Town.

Robin Alfred is an associate and lead presenter for Olivier Mythodrama, founding director of the Findhorn Consultancy Service and a trustee of the Findhorn Foundation.





Gill Emslie is an educator and experienced facilitator. She works in the UK and internationally, focusing on embracing diversity and developing resilience in times of change.
