Vital Moves - Waves

Deborah Jay-Lewin and Bettina Jespersen

Saturday 16th August, 2008

Gabrielle Roth's 5 Rhythms™ are a powerful and exquisite way to free up the body through easily accessible movement patterns. Also known as The Wave, this form of dance is a movement map designed to bring you into alignment: body, heart, mind, soul and spirit. Through our bodies our relationship with life and spirit can be shifted, honoured and expressed.

Dancing 5 RythmsThis week provides an in-depth exploration into each of the five rhythms and our relationship to The Wave as a tool in our lives. All this is woven into an experience of Findhorn community life - intimately, joyfully, prayerfully.

NB - To participate in this workshop you need to have previously participated in a Findhorn Foundation Experience Week or one Waves class with an accredited teacher.
