Please Note:
This particular Spiritual Practice week is designed to be more flexible and adaptable to the individual participant's requirements. As such, it differs from our usual Spiritual Practice weeks in that previous participation in an Experience Week is not a prerequisite, and spending time in one of our work departments during the week will be optional.
If you have not done an Experience Week, when you book this course please will you send us a short introductory letter telling us about yourself, your spiritual background if any, and why you want to visit.
If you intend to continue your stay at the Foundation with the Living in Community Guest Programme, and want to use this Spiritual Practice week as the prerequisite Spiritual Practice week, you will need to have done an Experience Week and spend time in a work department as part of this week. Please contact our Bookings department for more information.
Quotes from previous participants:
Opening Doors Within was a very intimate and thought provoking experience that honoured the Winter Solstice in a unique and tender way. Under the expert guidance of our experienced focalisers, we were given a sacred space to reflect and touch a part of ourselves that was magical. It was a truly inspiring and memorable week, undoubtedly enhanced by the awe-inspiring environment of Findhorn. - Amy Most important for me was that I reconnected with the voice of my soul and found the silence inside to listen. - Margaret
Monica Böni has focalised many long-term programmes at the Findhorn Foundation. She loves nature, dance, people and aims to live joyfully and consciously.
Elisabeth Tĝnsberg is a long-term staff member of the Findhorn Foundation, still learning and growing with the underlying principles of this centre of light.
