Nadasree Georgete Gadas & Monica Böni
We seem to be living in a world that demands ever more of our ability to live with constant and unexpected circumstances. In this workshop, instead of being intent on what skills to build or to strengthen in order to survive or cope, we focus on what needs softening and surrendering to let change happen, being curious and open to outcomes.
We share tools, from body-work to quiet meditation practices, to cultivate awareness and experience inner resilience to be more flexible to the movements of life. We inquire into rigidities of the body-mind mechanisms and how our thoughts create the worst case scenarios, taking us away from the present moment.
Through ‘The Work that Reconnects’ (Joanna Macey) we journey into our feelings and create rituals, restoring our natural sensitivity, returning more available to engage.
Participation in our community life and sharing our inspired action will pave our way out into the world.
