Resilience in Turbulent Times - Bending, Not Breaking
Nadasree Georgete Gadas & Faculty
Saturday 24th July, 2010
Our way of living today seems to demand more of our ability to deal with unexpected change. Instead of being intent on building the skills needed to survive or cope, this week we invite you to focus instead on what in us needs softening and yielding, to allow change to happen gracefully.
We will share an array of tools, ranging from body-work to quiet meditation practices, to help us cultivate awareness and experience the inner resilience that allows us to be more flexible to the movements of life.
We include time for inquiry into the body-mind mechanisms that keep our rigidity in place, and share practices that support the experience of inner resilience.
Income related price (click here for more information): £545 / £695 / £875
Includes 7 nights accommodation and all meals.
Nadasree Georgete Gadas is Brazilian and a passionate Biodanza teacher. She approaches the body as the visible expression of the soul and, therefore, as sacred.
