The simple yet sophisticated teachings of the Incas of Peru are highly relevant today to experience the joy of living fully.

The 16,000 year old Inca tradition of nature mysticism identifies seven levels of consciousness. During this week we'll focus on how to attain the fourth level consciousness which is beyond polarity and fear.

Together we'll explore and interact with the 'Kausay Pacha', the world of living energies, learning how to transform heavy energies that can lead to illness, depression and conflict, and access the rarefied energy called 'sami'; to integrate our inner male and female and harmonise the human energy field with the five elements and forces of nature leading to a greater sense of connectedness with life. We'll also learn to invoke and make offerings to the male and female nature spirits that surround us, and make our own MESA, a personal altar space, that represents our personal connection to nature spirits.
