With voice, percussion and the instruments you bring, we will embark on a journey of discovering and shaping the music from within, opening to the adventure of music improvisation.
As you deepen your listening and awareness, you open to an experience of the source and its spontaneous creative expression. Simple meditation and movement practices allow us to touch stillness and become present in body and mind.

Monica Böni has lived in the Findhorn Foundation since 1998 and focalises a variety of programmes on spiritual practice. She likes combining music, movement and meditation.

Susanne Olbrich is a pianist, composer and music teacher who engages in mindfulness meditation. Her keen interest in creative music and improvisation reflect her love for sound, silence and life.
