A three-day gathering to stimulate peer and tutor-led learning about your cutting edge leadership challenges. This gathering is designed for all those working in leadership positions who wish to extend the range and capacity of their leadership work.

We will gather and set our agenda according to the interests, questions and challenges that you bring – be they personal, relational, organisational or systemic. The format will include: setting the curriculum with you; presentation of theory; experiential exercises; individual coaching sessions; peer learning; and development of ongoing peer support networks.

Gill Emslie brings to the Findhorn Consultancy Service her experience in transpersonal psychology and organisational development. She is a coach and trainer offering specific skills for women in leadership.
Robin Alfred
Robin Alfred, an affiliate of Olivier Mythodrama Associates, is founding director of the Findhorn Consultancy Service. His passion lies in the development of human and organisational potential, through the use of creativity, innovation and intuition.
