At the core and heart of each one of us is an energetic pattern or defining image that is unique and individual to us, that holds the essential blueprint for who we are. Whatever name we give it – soul, source, destiny, calling, life myth – it gives meaning and purpose to who we are and helps us focus on what’s important in our lives. When we live close to it, we experience a sense of authenticity and coherence. Things become more integrated as a path. We feel we are 'on track', even when there are difficulties.

This workshop explores doorways into the essential blueprint or mythic dimension of ourselves, honouring our unique presence, journey and contribution to the world. It will help us bring ourselves more present to ourselves, each other and our world, and encourage us to experience ourselves as unique sources of spiritual power and blessing.
