Sacred Dance is a collection of circle dances and choreographed meditation dances which can work on many levels to create a sense of oneness.

In this week we explore meditation and prayer through Sacred Dance and other practices that can help you connect with spirit to support you in your daily life, guiding you along a path of transformation, healing and growth.

There are daily sessions exploring Sacred Dance as a path of joyful devotion, as well as other approaches to your practice. Afternoons are spent in Foundation work departments and one day will be spent mostly in silence as an opportunity to deepen the inner experience.
