| | | Reclaiming Our Soul's Purpose
Rue Hass & Foundation Faculty
Tuesday 23rd September, 2008 (4 days)
By looking deeply into our spiritual lineage and emotional inheritance we can see how the deeper essence of our lives has always been unfolding.
Through creative imagery and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) you will discover how your life promotes and develops your soul's purpose, how to recognise others from your soul group and how to trust the guidance of the soul through the body.
In essence, EFT is like yoga for the emotions and the spirit, or a psychological version of acupuncture (except that needles aren’t necessary). It involves tapping gently on the stress relief points of the body with the fingertips, places we instinctively touch or rub anyway when we are upset, like around the eyes and on the chest. The process is gentle and the effects long lasting, it can provide relief from physical pain and addictive cravings.
