Miranda - Living Spiritual Depth

Saturday 11th October, 2008 (3 days)

This workshop is dedicated to bringing perennial spiritual truths more fully alive in your actual experience for deep transformation. In an atmosphere of unconditional acceptance we will dive through egoic stories and habits, to access the radiant peace of your true nature; not as concept or idea but as direct experience. Then together we can address what it takes to live as That in every dimension of life.  Receive guidance in:

• Opening to direct spiritual experience
• Unwinding patterns of suffering
• Embracing what IS as the gateway to deeper reality
• Being still and present
• The practice of surrender
• Addressing life’s challenges from new wisdom

With a balance of open space chair work and new meditation and self-inquiry practices, Miranda offers a unique synthesis of non-dual spiritual teachings designed to cut through spiritual tangles so that we can access the truth of who we are in a more substantial way. Methods include guided inquiry into this present moment, sensing body energy, intuitive listening, dropping into true meditation and being, and the practice of surrender.

Miranda works inspirationally with the need of the moment with presence, humour and deep compassion. No subject is off limits - this work embraces every dimension of human experience and operates on spiritual, psychological, energetic and practical dimensions.

Price: includes lunch and dinner on all days, but not accommodation. Please see the list of local B&B's.
