We often hear people after an Experience Week asking: How do I take this home with me?

During this experiential training we will learn and practise some of the community-building tools and techniques that have been developed at Findhorn over the past 45 years. You can develop the skills and the confidence to take practical tools for team-building into your own organisation, community or company.

We use a variety of exercises to create a group, and to develop communication skills. Topics include: inner work and attunement, games and songs, personal sharing, creating group agreements, purpose-work, giving and receiving feedback, and more.

We explore the joys and challenges of community and learn to facilitate them.
