This course does not require previous participation in an Experience Week. However, when you book this course please will you send us a short introductory letter telling us about yourself. You can use your skills to facilitate effective communication and collaboration in diverse settings and to build strong relationships with colleagues and others.

We explore the dynamic tension between order and chaos, the essential components for change in relationships, groups, and organisations.

This experiential programme draws on the theory and practice of Process Work and Deep Democracy, and also uses tools from Findhorn, theatre and performance coaching.

Ana Rhodes Castro has worked as a supervisor and therapist at Findhorn since 1994. She uses skills from various schools of transpersonal psychotherapy, with her main focus in Process Oriented Psychology.

Gill Emslie brings her experience in transpersonal psychology and organisational development. She is a coach and trainer offering specific skills for leadership.
