What is spiritual practice? This programme is designed to give us time to explore meditation and other ways that can help us connect with spirit in its many different aspects, support us in our daily lives, and guide us along our path of transformation and growth.

Primal painting is a simple yet profound way of allowing your deepest self to express all the colours of your life, including all of the light and dark shades of your spiritual journey. It is an ideal way to expand your spiritual practice.
