“And the end of all our exploring will be to arrive where we started and to know the place for the first time.“ (T.S. Eliot)

This week offers an exploration of what home means to our bodies, hearts and souls. What are our early childhood notions of home? What physical needs do we want to be met to feel at home in ourselves and our environment?

If home is where our heart is, does this set us free? Where does our soul‘s longing take us on the path to wholeness? Is there a divine homesickness within us?

In a safe, supportive group setting we will open spaces to work with these questions on both an individual and a collective level, embarking on a journey that leads us home.

We will offer practices and tools from Gestalt therapy and spiritual traditions, using creative expression, movement, ritual and deep inner listening.

"Working with different aspects of 'home' in the group was extremely valuable in developing understanding of the feelings and needs behind the sense of home on many more levels." Previous programme participant.

"A major learning was that I have everything to be a complete, whole, loving and giving person - and I have it all within and can draw on my strengths through my connections to God and others on a heart-level." Previous programme participant.
