This journey offers you a powerful life training, engaging deeply with spirit and weaving your insights into your ordinary yet rich experience of community life at the Findhorn Foundation.

If you are in a time of change, looking at your current life choices, or intending to live within or around the Foundation, come join us! This intense individual and group experience will deepen the power of your purpose and your inner and outer leadership through service in work departments, exploring your inner life, group time and involvement in community life. The curriculum includes work as spiritual practice, leadership, communication and group skills, and sustainability. Integration will include time on the island of Erraid, group projects, ritual, retreat and purpose reviews.

The Foundation Programme can stand on its own as a 12-week journey, requiring previous participation in Experience Week and Exploring Community Life or Spiritual Practice, or it can serve as a step on the path to becoming a member of staff. For the latter you need also to complete at least two months of the Living in Community Programme before applying. All applicants will be interviewed. The price is based on a sliding scale from £2750 to £3750, decided by attunement, and includes 12 weeks accommodation and all meals.

Our bursary fund allows for the possibility of supplementing those on low income and/ or from developing countries.
