The Living Education Staff Programme (LESP) is the daily practice of being present in every task and interaction, and the conscious choice to live everyday life as a spiritual path. In essence the purpose of LESP is to develop world servers and leaders, as well as being the primary path to becoming a staff member of the Findhorn Foundation. The programme runs in 6-month segments and builds on the Foundation Programme which is a prerequisite.

The curriculum will immerse you in sharing responsibility for the rhythms and principles of the Foundation. This includes commitment to a work department, participation in community meetings, meditation, spiritual and personal development, and regular reviews of your journey with a mentor. The cost is £695 per 6-month segment and includes accommodation, food, and the programme itself. Our bursary fund allows for the possibility of supplementing those on low income and/or from developing countries.
