If you are in a time of change, looking at your current life choices, or intending to live within or around the Findhorn Foundation community, the Foundation Programme offers you a powerful training and framework for life. In this 3-month journey you engage deeply with your inner wisdom, weaving your insights into your ordinary and rich experience of daily community life.

This intense individual and group experience will strengthen your inner and outer leadership through service in a work department, exploring your inner life, group time and involvement in community life. You can deepen the power of your life’s purpose. The curriculum includes work as spiritual practice, leadership, communication and group skills, and sustainability. Integration will include time on the island of Erraid, group projects, ritual, retreat and purpose reviews.

The Foundation Programme can stand on its own as a 12-week journey, requiring previous participation in Experience Week and Exploring Community Life or Spiritual Practice, or it can serve as a step on the path to a deeper experience of the Findhorn Foundation in the Living Education Staff Programme. For the latter you will also need to complete at least two months of the Living in Community programme before applying. All applicants will be interviewed.

Includes 12 weeks accommodation and all meals.

Our bursary fund allows for the possibility of supplementing those on low income and/or from developing countries.
