Experience Week

Seven Days That Can Change Your World

Findhorn Experience Week is the ideal way to meet and engage with our vibrant, diverse community. This unforgettable week is an invitation to let go of your limitations, open to love, and to be the change you want to see in the world. It gives you a chance to experience the principles on which the community is based: inner listening, connection with all life, and inspired action.

You join in most aspects of daily life here including working four mornings in one of our departments - the garden, kitchen, homecare or maintenance - giving you many opportunities to practise ‘work is love in action’ and to interact with staff and others in the community. The week also includes meditation, sacred dance, a nature outing and being part of a supportive group, all combined with laughter and love.

We ask that you come willing to participate fully in this rich and active week, to give of yourself and engage with others. Our aim is to create an environment that enables you to connect with or deepen your experience of spirit and to open to transformation within yourself and the group.

Experience Week runs at both campuses of the Findhorn Foundation, The Park and Cluny Hill College. During the week, there are opportunities to visit and work at both campuses.

The programme runs from Saturday to Friday evening, and includes seven nights accommodation and all meals, from the first Saturday lunchtime through until breakfast on the Saturday morning of your departure. Participants should arrive before noon on the first day of Experience Week, so that the group can begin together. Participants need to speak English reasonably well. We offer Experience Weeks in other languages during the summer months.

As well as our general Experience Week we also offer a variety of special interest Experience Weeks, click here for more info.
