Sverre Koxvold facilitates workshops around spirits, nature and gardens. He sailed into Findorn harbour on his quest for life, discovered the Foundation and fell in love with Cluny Hill and its gardens where he worked for 10 years honing his nearness to nature, its spirits and energies. As a bee-keeper he has a special interest in co-creationing with them.

Monica Böni has been living in Findhorn since 1998 and is passionate about personal and spiritual development, and about remembering spirit in all aspects of life.

Sverre Koxvold & Monica Böni
We will spend some time with our bees and enquire into the qualities they inspire in us as humankind - such as love, courage, rejoicing, inspiration, happiness, slowing down and appreciation. By increasing our understanding of bees, their lives and communities, we learn to live in harmony with ourselves and our community, supporting bees and ourselves.
Practical experiences and tools to bring into your daily life.
