Thriving in Changing Times

This programme is not currently scheduled.

This course requires previous participation in Experience Week.

Astrid Gude

Working in partnership with the invisible realm, we will learn how to transform the energy behind our toxic thoughts, release our limiting beliefs, clear our 'inner pollution', knowing that every change in consciousness has an effect in the entire web of life.

"It is who we become that changes the world and not what we do" writes Sandra Ingerman whose work this workshop is largely inspired by.

We will draw on ancient cross-cultural shamanic practices like journeying, transmutation and transfiguration that enable us to return to a life of balance, access our own spiritual light, plant seeds of hope and dream a new world into being for our own lives as well as for the planet.
