Astrid Gude

As soon as you rest in the house of your own heart, doors and windows begin to open outwards to the world.

Pat O'Donohue.

Every so often we feel homeless in ourselves, disconnected from the natural world and lacking a sense of purpose and meaning. In a busy world we easily become numb to the call of our soul that guides us to wholeness.

During this week we will give ourselves the time to embark on a journey that allows us to go within, wake up and listen to this call again, aligning our bodies, minds and souls.

MosaicSpiralUsing a variety of tools from Gestalt work and spiritual traditions, creative expression, movement, ritual and deep inner listening, we will let go of limiting beliefs, open our hearts, connect with our inner strength and wisdom to reclaim our space on Earth as part of a light-filled web of life.
