Barbara Swetina, Javier Rodriguez & Fabien Barouch

This week provides an opportunity to consciously step over the threshold into a new year.

There will be a mix of community celebration through song, dance, creativity and ritual, while also allowing time for a journey of self-reflection, connecting with the stillness ever present at the heart of our being.

The structure of the week will provide time together as a group as well as offering options to meet individual and group needs. Participants will be able to choose from a variety of creative experiences such as: music making and singing, inner work and silence, dance and movement, connection with nature, integration in the service departments or simply free time if preferred.

New Year's Eve is celebrated within the community in traditional manner.

There is space for rest and relaxation as well as for pure, delightful fun.

Thank you, all of you, from the bottom of my heart, for helping me to heal in this spectacular, miraculous and wonder-filled fashion. The workshop has provided me with a treasure-house of precious moments to remember for ever. Thank you especially Barbara, for giving me better songs to sing, and surrounding us all with the love in your music. I believe this experience unlocked my heart and freed me from the prison of my grief - allowing me to dare to feel love for another again. I am sure I am not the only person you have helped to healing in this way, and I think that what you do is awe-inspiring.

How can I also find the right words to convey how special my week at Findhorn was? It was just such a delight to be given the permission to have FUN and play; everything is too serious and I forget how easy it is to be happy.

I will treasure all the events as well as how the New Years Eve programme lead me from one year - so beautifully into the new and untouched - for me to bring on the good feelings from Findhorn, as well as from all of us participants.
