Sit quietly in a chair or on the floor. Sit up straight and take several deep breaths . . . Tell your body to relax . . . If you feel any discomfort anywhere then take a moment and adjust your posture so that you are as comfortable as possible . . .
Now imagine that a Being of Light has walked up behind you and is standing there looking at you . . .
You are so aware of this presence that the entire vibration of your feeling nature is beginning to change . . .
Imagine now that this invisible presence, this Being of Light and all-knowing Mind is slowly moving into you, penetrating your body, your mind, your emotional nature, your entire consciousness, with Itself . . .
Feel the surge of power as this Being of Light and Love moves in to occupy the same space that you do . . .
Sense the intense Knowingness of its mind as it thinks within your consciousness . . .
See the Light saturate your entire being . . .
This is your God-self, the spirit of God within you.

Now create a white screen in your mind and on the screen see the words: I CHOOSE . . .

‘I choose to realise a loving relationship with my God-Self.
With all my heart, all my mind, and all my soul, I accept the fulfillment of this desire now.’
In your imagination picture yourself totally enjoying your relationship with the inner light, the Reality of You . . .

See yourself going about your day feeling the light within, talking to the light, laughing with the light, letting the light love through you. See yourself literally having a love affair with the God within . . .

Sense the experience with your mind. Feel the experience with your heart. See the experience clearly with your inner eye . . .

And now, retaining that connection to the presence of the light within you, slowly allow your attention to return to the room, the surface you are sitting on, and your body. Open your eyes and stretch.
